You must return the product in the condition you received it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days along with your proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
All other returns, up to a maximum of 3 (three) months after purchase, will be exchanged or returned at the price it was purchased for. The refund will be in the form of a CBD Gift Voucher or a credit to account.
CBD reserves the right to accept items purchased more than 3 (three) months ago at a 15% handling fee.
