Be Transformed Book Club

All schools and churches are invited to join CBD KZN (Christian Book Discounters) in a wonderful new venture to help our children get back to reading all about our Lord Jesus Christ and in so doing, transform a generation for the Kingdom.

The battle is fierce for the hearts and minds of our children and young adults to conform to the pattern of this world BUT the apostle Paul urges us to be ‘transformed by the renewing of our minds’ and that is only possible through the WORD and other Christian literature.

Our Vision is to see all schools and churches stocking good Christian literature back in the libraries where our Christian learners have free access.

To promote this vision, CBD KZN challenge all schools and churches to join our book club called ‘Be Transformed’.

Paul Tripp Visit 2010

You are invited to come and hear Paul Tripp who is visiting South Africa from 17—25th August 2010.

Paul Tripp is the president of Paul Tripp Ministries, a nonprofit organization, whose mission statement is “Connecting the transforming power of Jesus Christ to everyday life.”

This mission leads Paul to weekly speaking engagements around the world. In addition to being a gifted communicator and sought after conference speaker with Paul Tripp Ministries, Paul is on the pastoral staff at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he preaches on Sunday evenings and leads the Ministry to Center City. Paul is also Professor of Pastoral Life and Care at Redeemer Seminary in Dallas, Texas; he is the Director of the Institute for Pastoral Life and Care in Fort Worth, Texas, and has taught at respected institutions worldwide. As an author, Paul has written ten books on Christian Living that are read and distributed internationally. He is married to Luella and they have four grown children.
